“We have been using Mike pretty extensively for about six months while we are doing some long-deferred maintenance and renovation on our home. He has done everything from basic painting to re-doing the ceilings by getting rid of the ‘popcorn’ texture and installing crown moldings. He’s also put in vinyl tile and engineered wood flooring, replaced outdated lighting fixtures, fixed a couple of doors that were not working properly, installed drywall where we had water damage, and completely rebuilt a damaged door frame. He is now going to install some sconces for us for more lighting in the basement. Mike is terrific. He’s very professional, arrives when he says he will, communicates all through the job, and cleans up when the job is done.
